Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@handcraftedwithlove.shop with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within  7-14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

After the 14-day return window has elapsed, item(s) are no longer eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).
